Bookings: Your booking is secure with us, but in the event of driver illness, vehicle problems, traffic, or road closures, we will notify you before your scheduled departure time.

Waiting time: If you do not provide sufficient notice or make last-minute changes, a waiting time fee of 15 minutes will apply.

Location charges: Additional charges may apply for certain locations in Southampton based on fixed rates.

Minimum charges: Some locations may have a minimum charge.

6 to 8-seater vehicles: We offer fixed prices for these vehicles.

Executive cars: We have a selection of executive cars available for our customers. We recommend advanced booking for these cars.

Card payments: We accept in-car contactless payments.

Accounts: We only accept company or reference-based accounts. We do not offer credit card payments for accounts.

PAYMENTS
Payments can be made as follows:

Cash on the day to your driver. Return payments can be taken.

Prepay by card; please request a link to make payment.
